gamblers. We do not throw away ideas that are
working. We use onsite pilot programs to confirm the validity of
new process selections, together with existing facility processes, to adequately condition the water
for it's intended use.
Something that may not have worked yesterday, may work tomorrow, with the backing
of an informed-community viewpoint, combined with some high-tech "tweaking" and proprietary "fine
tuning".
